German filmmaker Thomas Noesner of the production company Stereoscreen captures the flavor of New York City in the short video above. Aptly titled “The Beat of New York,” it features a montage of different people and places in the Big Apple, with the rhythm of a street musician’s drum pulsating in the background.

Banksy “Exit Through The Gift Shop” DVD and Blu-ray

Banksy’s acclaimed documentary “Exit Through The Gift Shop” is set to release on DVD and Blu-ray next week with a litany of added bonuses. Along with the documentary, the pack includes stickers, artwork, and limited edition 2D glasses to experience the film as it was intended. The film includes exclusive footage of Banksy, Shepard Fairey, and a number of their cohorts providing the viewer with the true “bombing” experience. The title is set to drop September 6th, but it’s available for pre-order at Amazon UK now.
